In 1998 First Call expanded our dedicated business to business division, which was re-branded The Word Corporate and comprehensively covers the South West for sales and service.
Today, with a customer base of over 12,500, our growing team operates from offices in Clifton, Bristol, St Austell, Cornwall, Weston-super-Mare, Cheltenham and Taunton, offering excellent service levels and tailored, cost effective mobile communication solutions.
Our Account Managers conduct regular visits to ensure customers are kept up to date with the latest tariffs and products to compliment their business goals. And offer a fast reliable and consistent service to there customers; Testimonials are always available upon request.

In 1992 we launched our MPC Retail Branches located in Whiteladies Road, Clifton, Union Street, Broadmead, The Mall, Cribbs Causeway and Sovereign Centre, Weston-super-Mare.
Our loyal, experienced and knowledgeable staff, fully understand both the consumer and business markets, and our conveniently located branches act as an additional support function for our many business customers. Cribbs Causeway stay open until 9p.m. Monday to Friday and both Cribbs Causeway and Weston are open Sundays too!
To efficiently service and support our growing corporate and consumer business First Call decided to separate the retail business from corporate, therefore The Word Corporate now services our b2b customers and MPC our consumer customers. |
